Hours 13:30-21:30hrs (10% Premium paid after 18:00hrs on basic hours)Responsibilities:
- To always follow all the Company's Health and safety rules and guidelines, reporting any 'near misses or specific incidents immediately.
- To always follow all the Company's Food Safety and quality rules and guidelines.
- Ensure all the relevant HACCP, quality, specification and GMP procedures are always followed, achieving the required standards.
- Report any failure or nonconformances in Health and safety, HACCAP, Quality, specification, GMP and maintenance immediately.
- Comply with and assist in HACCP, quality, product specification and GMP procedures.
- Always maintain a high standard of hygiene, as specified in the Company's hygiene procedures on site.
- Maintain good teamwork and take personal responsibility for the task you have been assigned.
- To ensure all mechanical equipment is used and checked in accordance to both training and Health & Safety;
- To ensure all stock movements are carried out according to the relevant HACCP, quality, specification, GMP procedures, achieving the required standards.
- Be responsible for the area in which you work by being organised and 'Cleaning as You Go'.
- Work to Standard Operating Procedures as per your training.
- Drive and maintain workplace organisation.
- Performing and documenting routine inspections
- Lead by example and guide both new employees and temporary workers in the expected standards.
- To be involved in continuous improvement to support Company objectives.
- Work to the objectives as provided by the Company and Leadership Team.
- To ensure correct PPE is worn.
- Deliver targeted KPIs whilst complying with food safety and quality.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff and take personal responsibility for the task assigned.
- To carry out other duties that may be required.
- To have full knowledge of machine setup
- Complete assigned training promptly
- To Have full training and knowledge of using an EQMS system
- Be able to complete daily documents on the EQMS.
- Ensure attainment to the plan.
Experience:
- Valid counterbalance licence
- L2 Food Safety training (if not already gained, must be willing to complete)
- Integrity
- Good Knowledge of Health and safety policies and procedures etc.
- Ideally working within a FMCG environment
- Basic Health & Safety training.
- Good knowledge on Operational Policies; Food Safety, Glass Policy, Wood control, Metal control, Allergen Control, Hygiene Policy, Smoking Policy.

Salary:
£12.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
