We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the Registry School Service Team.

The focus of the Registry School Service Team is on delivering customer service excellence through the management and effective ownership of core academic support systems for schools, academic clusters and individual academic colleagues.


You will provide administrative support and advice to staff (both professional and academic) on procedures and policies relating to courses within the Royal Docks School of Business and Law.


This includes building and overseeing module diets and timetabling and the interpretation and implementation of university-wide initiatives, processes and regulatory requirements at school level.


The post is in a shared office environment primarily across our Stratford campuses and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible and cooperative manner.

You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
