Triple West Medical has been appointed by an NHS Trust in the South East Coastal area to recruit two ENT Consultants on a substantive or fixed-term contract.

The NHS Trust is an integrated organization providing community, acute, and specialist care across multiple sites. With over 6,000 staff members, working primarily across two main acute sites, they have a positive CQC rating and are based in a region of natural beauty.

ENT Consultant with specialty in Otology

ENT Consultant with specialty in Head & Neck

Both posts will support the ENT division, leading specific duties as part of a multi-disciplinary team approach to care within the specialty.

Summary Details:

12-month NHS fixed-term locum consultant (salaried) or substantive consultant.

Our client is happy to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship to suitably qualified overseas doctors; however, GMC registration is essential for this position.

Description:

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the development of a multi-disciplinary team approach to care within the ENT department. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the department's continuous improvement.

In addition to their clinical responsibilities, the consultants will also be expected to participate in education and training activities, including the supervision of junior staff and the delivery of educational programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be expected to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
