Operations Assistant - Bath, United Kingdom - Natural Spa Factory
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support finance with Credit Control and chasing debt.
- Support opeartions team with administrative tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with organising and maintaining office files and documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Undertake routine circular stock counts
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with
attention to detail - Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Familiarity with Xero an advantage but not essential
