Description

Joining the Tourist Board & Partnerships team as Account Implementation Executive Northern Region, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of the marketing campaigns agreed upon with Tourist Boards and Hotel partners on behalf of TUI UK&I and TUI Nordics.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders, your key responsibilities will include supporting the development and approval of marketing plans, providing data and evidence to support negotiations and delivering campaign evidence and results in line with agreed budgets.

You will also be responsible for managing the invoicing process for your market.

Although this role is based within Northern Region, it sits within the Group Tourist Boards and Partnerships Team and you will work as part of a fully international team.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will be supporting the Northern Region team (within the Group Tourist Boards and Partnerships Team) in the management of existing and new relationships with the partners
  • You will work closely with a number of internal departments including Marketing, Airline, Retail, eCRM, Social Media, and Product to support the production of marketing plans and to ensure agreed marketing campaigns activity is delivered as planned
  • You will take a key role within your market in sourcing and validating the required data, documents and information needed to support negotiations and secure contributions
  • You will take a leading role in the creative approvals process, working with key partners to ensure all campaign creatives meet the requirements of both the partner and TUI
  • You will ensure the correct implementation of all marketing campaigns and manage the production of supporting campaign evidence and results pack for invoicing purposes
  • You will manage the invoicing process for your markets, including invoice reporting to ensure all payments are received in a timely manner
  • As required, you will support the wider team with commercial presentations, financial performance reporting, preparation for industry events and other adhoc projects

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external to TUI Group
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to determine key priorities in a busy environment
  • Commercial aptitude with an analytical mindset and comfortability with data
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience with campaigns implementation or partner management preferred but not essential
  • Independent selfstarter
  • Passionately customerfocused
  • Fluency in English is essential
