We are looking for people to join our team at Showtime Ice Cream either on a part time or full time basis for this summer season, serving ice cream at one of our many sites.
Requirements are as follows:
- Have a basic understanding of food hygiene, as well as be willing to complete a Level 1 Online food hygiene course.
- Work on feet in a fastpaced environment for hours at a time.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Outgoing, friendly & positive personality
- Trustworthy, honest and extremely reliable is a must
- Able to work alone.
- Previous cash handling is essential
- Flexible working hours [which will vary depending on weather]
Job Duties:
- Provide efficient, friendly and excellent customer service
- Total orders, accept & process payments (both cash, debit/credit), and provide correct change
- Cleaning/preparation of vehicle/kiosk.
- Restock ice cream, supplies and merchandise if necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Level 1 (minimum) in Food Hygiene/Health&Hygiene, preferred not essential
- At least one year experience in a customer service preferred
