My client is a well established business over 25 years based in Brierley Hill near the Merry Hill Centre. They are seeking a team player, hard working, reliable and enthusiastic addition to their Accounts and Office support team. Ideally you will be AAT qualified.


Accounts Administrator (Job Share)

Wednesday-Friday 9-5 with half hour lunch, 25 days holiday + BH (to be pro-rated)
Salary £25-28k (to be pro-rated) depending upon experience, duties will include:

  • Sales and purchase ledger control
  • Responsible for cashbook
  • Managing transactions including foreign banks
  • Expense's processing
  • Import documentation support
  • Month end procedures and journals
  • Accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
  • VAT return experience
  • Year end audit preparation
  • Supporting other admin functions
  • Sage 50 payroll experience preferred but not essential
  • Microsoft Navision experience would be a bonus

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
