We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking, and motivated professional, who is systems driven and has a passion for IT.


Trust Care Management Ltd and Focus Care Supported Ltd are currently recruiting for a IT Systems Administrator who can promote excellent communication, faultless systems management with clear processes in our nursing, residential and supported living homes.


The IT Systems Administrator is the first line of response to assist employees within Focus Care Supported Living and Trust Care Management with any issues they may face using our internal systems.


This Systems Administrator role involves but is not limited to:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all IT issues and queries.
  • Responding to and prioritising any issues or enquires.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, photocopiers and telephones
  • Trouble shooting system and networking problems and diagnosing hardware or software faults.
  • Maintaining the IT infrastructure and supporting its administration
  • Provide support and maintenance on all IT equipment
  • Providing end user support and training
  • Website updates and maintaining
  • Driving social media platforms to success, looking for unique ways to market the company and celebrate our staff
  • Providing onsite and remote Desk Support
  • Maintaining service level targets
  • Installation of software and hardware
  • Assisting with End User training
  • Creating webinars and system guides

Requirements for The IT Coordinator Role:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges
  • Maintain composure in the face of heavy workload and constant interruptions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solid 1st Line Support / Service Desk experience
  • Relevant industry level qualifications
Experience of using appropriate IT technology, methods, principles, and equipment such as:

  • Windows
  • Microsoft office
  • Laptop / desktop support
  • Networking knowledge
  • Active Directory
  • Incident management systems


  • ACCESS

  • Care Planning, Care Compliance and People Planner
  • Online Training Platforms

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • PETERBOROUGH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- system administration: 1 year (required)
