Job Description:


  • Scheduling appointments and organising calendar invitations
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
  • Making travel and hotel arrangements for SVP and adhoc VPs.
  • Planning team meetings and other events
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing them to all participants
  • Liaising with other members of staff and external parties
  • Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
  • Support onboarding of new starters
  • Support with monthly reporting and presentations packs
  • Updating and working with internal systems (WeMax)
  • General administrative support (invoices, purchase orders)
  • Preparing and circulating mail mergers for upcoming activation and campaigns
  • Preparing and managing the document signing process (DocuSign)
  • Overseeing and managing large Excel data sets
  • To provide holiday support to EA to COO Franchise Operations ENA.

Qualifications:


  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Excel, Word, Publisher is a must
  • Minimum two years experience in a similar or administrative support role.
  • Previous hotel background is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills
