Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent Work From Home


We're looking for Dutch speaking Customer Service Agents to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres - some of their clients include British Telecom, Center Parcs, and a host of other leading blue-chip companies.

You will be confident at dealing withcustomer queries and ideally have a strong background within call centres previously.


The Role:


Hours and pay:

- £10 per hour (holiday pay included)

  • Full Time, 37.5 hours (5 days)
  • Monday to Sunday 8am 8pm (on a shift rota basis)
  • Saturday to Sunday 8am 4pm (on a shift rota basis)
  • Targetbased bonuses

Role Benefits:


  • Dutch speaker to fluent level
  • Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible approach to working hours and location
  • Full training will be provided
  • Weekly pay
