Overview:
Apprentice Served - CNC Machine Operator/Setter

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:45 (30 minute lunch break)

Friday 07:30 - 12:30 (no lunch break)

Duties of Role
To manufacture machined parts according to specifications on drawings supplied by customer. To ensure that all parts meet the customer and company quality standards by

• Ensuring correct material and tooling for job is used
• Checking all parts as they come off the machine
• Completing all paperwork in line with Quality Standards
• Labelling parts made clearly to enable despatch
• Maintaining work area ensuring that machine is kept clean
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and use the machine only in line with processes and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Report any issues to Directors
• Be responsible for maintaining own quality through appraisal and personal development process

Job Types:

Pay:
£30,000.00-£31,200.00 per year
