We have an exciting opportunity available for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join our busy, forward-thinking, and highly skilled team in
Dunfermline where we operate on a Scotland-wide basis.


Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Conducting energy assessments on non-domestic/commercial properties across Scotland.
  • Producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
  • Managing your own diary and workload including communicating with clients directly to arrange site visits and issuing reports.
  • Working with DM Hall departments to provide inhouse advice.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Level 4 NDEA qualification (with Scotland supplement).
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Energy Assessor in Scotland.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with 'Design Builder SBEM' is preferred but not essential as software training will be provided.
  • Section 63 and Display Energy Certificate qualifications are favourable but not essential.


In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary dependent on experience, and once training is completed a vehicle will be provided for business and personal use.
