About the Role:


As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will harness your communication prowess to set and generate new business leads through both inbound and outbound calls.

Your ability to build rapport and identify new business opportunities will directly contribute to our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with prospective clients through proactive outbound calls.
  • Respond to new inquiries with enthusiasm, capturing opportunities through inbound calls.
  • Leverage your keen sense of initiative and relationshipbuilding skills to uncover new prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to fill out new enquiry forms accurately.
  • Creating valuable opportunities.

Who You Are:


  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years in telemarketing, call centre, or sales environments.
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner, characterised by a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
  • Skilled in communication and adept at building rapport and relationships.
  • Resilient, with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.

  • A robust basic salary of £28,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure, with ontarget earnings (OTE) exceeding £58,000.
