Job Summary
TCC and Recordsure Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Resourcing Consultant to join our Specialist Resourcing team.


Reporting to the Client Account Director, the Senior Resourcing Consultant will be responsible for building and managing the TCC Associate network, sourcing appropriate associates for projects and contracts, and ensuring all onboarding and vetting requirements are successfully completed.

This is a permanent full-time role, based remotely in the UK with travel for meetings when required.


Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Resourcing and Specialist Resourcing Manager in the effective and efficient resourcing of all internal external resource requirements.
  • Carry out all relevant tasks relating to resourcing activities, including:
  • Ensure all onboarding checks including right to work checks, CRB/Credit checks and referencing, are completed in line with TCC onboarding policies and client PES requirements;
  • Issuing offer letters and contracts and liaising with contractors throughout the process.
  • Maintain regular contact with contractors whilst on placement to build relationships, gain early sight of potential issues and reduce attrition.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service to contract associates and clients where required.
  • Support and working closely with colleagues in the Specialist Resourcing team and the wider business to successfully deliver all resourcing activities.
  • Overseeing contractor vetting, ensuring all checks are carried out in line with business requirements.
  • Taking a proactive role in identifying and engaging with potential contractors and assessing suitability.
  • Conducting interviews and making informed selections.
  • Assisting in the vetting process and contract management when required.
  • Analysing and mapping the contractor market and compiling competitor project data to curate resource shortlists for consideration.

Knowledge & Experience
Minimum Financial Services Experience: 3 years

  • Previous experience as a Resourcing Consultant, ideally within FS risk, compliance and customer services
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
  • Experience using CRM databases, job sites and social networks for resourcing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs/O levels grade A-C (or the equivalent) including English and Maths.
