The role
You will be managing a mixed caseload of property litigation matters with a particular focus on housing disrepair.

You will also gain exposure to commercial and residential cases such as business lease renewals, possession actions, and rent recovery.

Your portfolioof clients will include private and public sector landlords, tenants, local authorities, and real estate developers.

About you
Ideally, you will be a - 6 years' PQE solicitor with a strong property litigation background. You will be a driven and commercially minded team player with the ability to work to deadlines.
