Description
HR Reward Manager; Reward and Pay, HR projects, Management Information, HR Service Delivery;

  • Lead on day to day pay and reward management, internal and external reporting and job evaluation.
  • Lead on the pay and reward review.
  • Management and maintenance of the pay remit
  • Responsible for coordination of job evaluation;
  • Conducting job evaluation panels
  • Contribute on the panel and recording outcomes
  • Maintain the job catalogue and lead on annual Job Evaluation audit
  • Complete pay market data surveys and market analysis
  • Management of the Flexible Benefits system

Profile

HR Reward Manager:

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; lookups, data validation, pivot tables, charts
  • Previously worked in a similar role with the ability to;
  • Manage reward and employee benefits
  • Manage the job evaluation process
  • Manage policy review and development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • CIPD qualified
