Hi Im Jay, the owner of Farleigh Medical, a small medical aesthetics clinic established in 2019, offering Botox & dermal fillers.

I am looking for a receptionist/assistant available to start immediately.

About you
Aged 17-20 years old

You must be good with people and demonstrate tact, friendliness and diplomacy when handling sensitive situations. You should also be able to work unsupervised & enjoy your own company. I'm mainly in the treatment room with back-to-back appointments.

I'm autistic, so occasionally, I need my own space & sometimes, it can feel like a secluded job, so it would benefit someone who doesn't need to be micro-managed or need a lot of social interaction.

Organised:

You must be able to manage and prioritise your workload. You're self-motivated and reliable.


Social Media Savvy:

You love being on social media & enjoy filming candid moments of the team to post on our IG stories.

The Role:

Reception

• Maintaining the clinic by cleaning, checking stock levels & ordering products.
• Filming candid social media stories.
• Prep products & treatment room for the day.
• General administration.

Days/Hours:


Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
Once settled in the role, you can work from home on some days if you wish.
