Compare My Move is a comparison service founded in 2012 for UK movers to compare and connect with moving industry professionals they can trust.

Having come from a removals background, we started comparing removal companies for home movers and quickly added surveying and conveyancing as additional services.

With more services on the way our mission is to become the home of moving home.

We're building the best network of verified partners from local trusted professionals, whilst saving home movers time and money on moving services and becoming a recognisable brand within our industry and beyond.

About the role:

This role is your ticket to steering and guiding an established SEO and Content team

Picture this:
diverse campaigns, launching cool new services, whilst playing a key role in how the business expands.

As the SEO Manager, you're not just a player - you're the MVP, working hand in hand with the management team, shaping the future of the home buying and moving market.

Requirements:

Strong SEO understanding
Proficiency in content, technical, and offsite SEO
Team management experience
Proven track record in successful SEO strategies
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, AHREFS, Google Analytics, etc.

Responsibilities:

Develop SEO strategies
Execute linkbuilding strategies
Implement best SEO practices
Provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with SEO and content specialists
Conduct site audits and technical SEO analysis
Daily management of DPR, SEO and Content Executives

Ashleigh creates advice articles for Compare My Move, focusing on all things home-related.
