Your responsibilities as an Adult Support Worker will include:
Collaborating effectively within a team
Upholding the rights of service users and supporting informed decision-making
Maintaining professionalism, adhering to National Care Standards, and establishing appropriate boundaries
To be eligible for this role, you should:
Hold a minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or ideally an HNC in Social Care
Have a valid driver's licence and access to your vehicle
Possess at least 6 months of experience in a UK care setting
