Location:
Gatwick or Bournemouth

Vail Williams LLP is a leading real estate adviser with more than 150 staff across 8 offices. Continued growth and an ever-expanding client base have created an exciting opportunity in our Valuation team.


Two opportunities have arisen for experienced and highly motivated individuals to join the Valuation team in our Crawley and Bournemouth offices.


Accountabilities:


  • Inspect and value office, retail, industrial and residential properties and residential development sites.
  • Produce detailed valuation advice for banking, corporate and private clients.
  • Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients.
  • Be a key member of a growing valuation team
  • Have a degree in Estate Management, Planning or Business.
  • Be a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Have a good of understanding and knowledge of the markets in the relevant geographical area.
  • Be familiar with development and investment valuation software.
  • Be looking for a career path focusing on property valuation and team leadership.
