Eventus Legal are seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join a highly reputable Legal 500 firm in Liverpool.

This award-winning law firm has offices across the Northwest and offer a range of fantastic benefits such as 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working and death in service benefit.

There is also genuine scope for progression to Legal Director or Partner.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Real Estate Lawyer will be working alongside the corporate team along with the partner who is the head of department.

The firm are expanding their real estate department and require someone who is seeking an opportunity to support the growth of the department, particularly in the Liverpool office.

You'll be dealing with national and regional clients, developers and individual investors.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of the following matters:

Disposals
Leases
Finance and investment
Planning
Construction
Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
Contract drafting and negotiation
Landlord and tenant issues
Rent recovery
Disputes and litigation

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Real Estate Lawyers, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience as you will be required to work with minimum supervision and support the growth of the department with a view to building a team.

You will be:
