Known Locally Sales Specialist
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
Working Environment - Office Based, Altrincham WA15 8AB
Basic Salary up to £40k per year + uncapped commission/bonuses (OTE 60k)

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Understanding: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the local market to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the sales team.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and nurture a highperforming sales team capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales strategies, scripts, and presentations to showcase the value of Add People's locally focused online marketing products and secure new business.
- Sales Techniques: Demonstrate excellent sales techniques to engage potential clients and successfully close deals.
- Understanding of SMEs and
Local Businesses:
Possess a strong understanding of SMEs' needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problemsolving abilities to address client concerns and challenges effectively.
- Drive and Ambition: Display relentless drive and ambition to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to effectively manage sales activities.
- Excellent script writing and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with SMEs and local businesses' dynamics and challenges.
- A selfmotivated individual with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Techsavvy and quick to adapt to new marketing trends and tools.
