Known Locally Sales Specialist

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

Working Environment - Office Based, Altrincham WA15 8AB

Basic Salary up to £40k per year + uncapped commission/bonuses (OTE 60k)

  • Market Understanding: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the local market to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the sales team.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and nurture a highperforming sales team capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales strategies, scripts, and presentations to showcase the value of Add People's locally focused online marketing products and secure new business.
  • Sales Techniques: Demonstrate excellent sales techniques to engage potential clients and successfully close deals.
  • Understanding of SMEs and

Local Businesses:
Possess a strong understanding of SMEs' needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.

  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problemsolving abilities to address client concerns and challenges effectively.
  • Drive and Ambition: Display relentless drive and ambition to achieve personal and team sales goals.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to effectively manage sales activities.
  • Excellent script writing and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with SMEs and local businesses' dynamics and challenges.
  • A selfmotivated individual with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Techsavvy and quick to adapt to new marketing trends and tools.
