Description
JPJ are the country's leading and most respected supplier and installer of Kawneer products.

We are now looking for a full-time window fabricator with previous experience in the window manufacturing industry. Reporting to the factory supervisors, you will be responsible for assisting with the window production line.

You will be expected to complete all work to the required standard, in a timely manner so that the production line flows and targets are met.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gasket and glue window sashes and frames
  • Cut and bead windows
  • Cut and fix EPDM into frames
  • Gasket pressure plates
  • Fix gears and handles


An NVQ or other relevant qualification would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of relevant health and safety standards.

A standard working week is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

We have a range of shifts available:
Early Shift - 04:30 - 13:00

Core Hours - 07:30 - 16:30

Late Shift - 12:00 - 20:30


Salary:
£ £15:00 per hour (DOE). This salary range includes a 15% shift allowance that is payable for the early and late shifts.

Based in Braintree, Essex (Springwood Industrial Estate)
