Job Opportunity: Legal Counsel for Housing Disrepair Cases

Location: Greater Manchester, with Flexible Hybrid Options Available

We are a leading firm specializing in housing disrepair law, seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional with litigation experience in housing disrepair cases looking to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee litigated housing disrepair claims from initiation to resolution
Draft legal documents, including claims, allocations, and necessary correspondence
Provide expert legal guidance and support to clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and external parties to ensure smooth case progression
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and pre-trial discussions
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while managing risks and advising on the best course of action

Essential Qualifications:

Litigation experience, preferably in housing disrepair cases
Must be a qualified solicitor or barrister
Excellent drafting skills, particularly in preparing claims and allocation documents
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal cases
