MOJ Stage 2 Team Leader

We are currently working on a Team Leader position with a Liverpool based Personal Injury firm on their MOJ Team.

This position will involve managing a team dealing with MOJ Stage 2 claims.

Prior experience dealing with this type of claim is essential and also prior experience managing a team would be highly advantageous.

Duties:

Manage a team dealing with MOJ Stage 2 claims
Provide support to team members whenever needed
Ensure the team is adhering to targets and take responsibility for both your own and the team's development
Deal with your own caseload of MOJ Stage 2 claims
Experience managing your own caseload of MOJ claims
Experience managing or supervising a team
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Committed, organised and dedicated
Strong attention to detail
