Harper May are currently working with a high growth Asset Management Software firm that are looking for a Head of Finance to support the Founders along their journey.

This business provides investors the ability to invest into rental property and have thatproperty managed.

The company has raised finance and will be looking for the CFO to support in future funding rounds and build the team.


Responsibilities

  • Business partner with CEO to drive growth and achieve business milestones
  • Investor relations, due diligence and board presentations
  • Investment appraisal and research and development cost analysis
  • Autonomous control of the finance function
  • Full charge of all M&A activity including post integration
  • Ensuring robust financial frameworks and best practice are in place

Desired Skills

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Fully qualified
  • Extensive international experience
  • Previous Asset Management/SPV/Lending expereince
