Maintenance Team Member

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing the physical condition of our establishment.

Your expertise in maintenance and your commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff will contribute to the overall success of our facility.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

Safety: Monitor and maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Equipment and Systems: Inspect and maintain equipment and systems, such as heating, cooling, and ventilation, to ensure they operate efficiently.

Emergency Response: Be available for emergency maintenance and repairs as needed, responding promptly to resolve issues.

Inventory and Supplies: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked and readily available.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment servicing.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life of equipment and prevent breakdowns.

Collaboration: Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments to minimize disruption to guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
