Description

We are looking for someone to support our Accounts department which will include general accounts duties using the Xero platform; raising invoices, reconciling payments, booking keeping, filing expenses, chasing payments, compiling monthly reports, liaising with customers and their accounts teams for payment terms, reporting back to Management of any issues and generally keeping the accounts in good order.


We are looking for someone who has experience of using the Xero platform and a sound knowledge and experience of booking keeping and working with accounts and invoices.


The person is to be reliable, trustworthy and with an attention to detail who can work on their own initiative and alongside other team members within the accounts team and general sales office.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
