Client Account Manager - Job description


Halo Recruitment are currently working with a fast paced, expanding business based in Fareham who are currently seeking an Account Manager to join their team.


  • Main point of contact for support on day to day queries and issues
  • Managing customer relationships, ensuring the highest quality service
  • Securing new business opportunities
  • Networking a strong pipeline of new clients
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maximise performance
  • Provide innovative solutions to client problems
  • Producing reports

Key Skills:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating/influencing skills.
  • Ability to work selfsufficiently and under own initiative.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
