We're looking for Senior Recruitment Coordinators to join our team as part of a new project with one of our established clients in the UK public sector.

We make hundreds of hires every few months across a range of job profiles, with new projects launching every few weeks.

As part of this role, you will be trained on our PeopleScout's recruitment systems along with being trained in assessment best practice principals, unconscious bias and positive action to ensure you are able to support interviews effectively.

Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week between 9am-5.30pm.

We're looking for someone who likes people. You can quickly put others at ease and help them put their best foot forward.

You are:
- a confident communicator and listener
- clearly caring but also capable of being firm in conversation
- comfortable using Word and Excel
- highly detail orientated
- confident in taking clear and accurate notes
