We are currently seeking a
Marketing Assistant to join the APS team.

In this role, you will oversee all marketing aspects for APS and have responsibility for creating, developing, and implementing a marketing plan.

This role will therefore play a pivotal part in generating both client leads and new joining associates.

This role is based in Worksop (S81) and is a fixed term opportunity for 9 months (maternity cover). At APS we operate a hybrid working model providing a balance of home and office working.

Key responsibilities:

You'll have responsibility for the planning, scoping and implementation of a social media presence for APS, liaising with Group headquarters and the Business Development Director
Collating and analysing findings upon independent research
Liaising with internal teams to support on scoping of the new APS website and it's desired functions
Liaising with the Group's Marketing Department regarding copy for mailings and electronic communications
Effectively dealing with queries from members on an ad hoc basis
Responsibility for ad hoc administrative support to the Business Development Director

What you'll need:

You'll have a previous experience in a marketing role, and a marketing qualification would be advantageous
A social media qualification or proven experience is desirable
You'll have a good level of IT literacy including some knowledge of website administration
You'll have strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
You'll be an excellent communicator, including having strong telephone skills
Able to work well using own initiative or as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
