Cancer Care is a compassionate, dynamic and high-profile care group which covers a wide range of specialties from treatments for patients with cancer (including chemotherapy and radiotherapy) to a Regional Bone Marrow Transplant Unit.

We are the Regional Primary Treatment Centre for Teenagers and Young Adults with cancer.

Our inpatient services are provided in six ward areas totalling 113 beds including an Acute Oncology Service that provides care for those patients needing acute assessment and triage.

There are two day case units for providing day treatments in an ambulatory setting. In addition to our onsite units, SACT is provided in outreach locations. The outpatient clinics are provided in a number of locations across the trust including joint clinics with other specialties.

Cancer Care works with other peripheral cancer units at Hampshire Hospitals, Salisbury, IOW and the Channel Islands. Cancer Care also hosts the Trust wide Hospital Specialist Palliative Care and End of Life Care services.
