Senior DevOps Engineer (Contract) | AWS & Kubernetes | MedTech

Contract Overview:


  • Outside IR3 100% remote in the UK
  • 6month initial contract 2yr programme
  • AWS environment rolling out Kubernetes clusters
- £550 p/d circa


This is an opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer to jump into a two-year project with a MedTech company working on AWS & Kubernetes.


My client's product is used by the biggest private and public pharmaceutical companies and uses chatbots & AI to interact with users.


You will be working alongside the Production Operations Director, external infrastructure consultants, hosting companies and a multi-disciplinary team of developers, designers, analysts and architects to design and evolve new and existing services and infrastructurevia AWS.

Huge projects are commencing this year, including the incorporation of Kubernetes into their infrastructure.


Essential Skills:


  • AWS
  • Kubernetes

Desirable:


  • Ruby, Scala, Python (programming language)
  • Open-Source tools (e.g. Spark, Elasticsearch)
  • Cloud vendorprovided tools (e.g. Amazon S3)


This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a MedTech company at the beginning of XL projects this year, working with Kubernetes & AWS.
