Description
P.E.C. are a contracting, manufacturing and shopfitting company who are looking to appoint an Apprentice Electrician.


The applicant should be over 18 and be happy to work nationally and be away from home overnight when require.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Having the confidence to assist with the undertaking of electrical maintenance, repairs, installation and upgrading work.
  • To assist with carrying out electrical work of all types in domestic, commercial, and retail buildings, and be confident with all aspects of electrical installation works.
  • Adopt the company rules on PPE & unform.

You should have the ability to:

  • To follow spoken and written instruction.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and react.
  • Be able to liaise with colleagues and external contractors in a positive and cooperative manner to achieve Company objectives.
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility and take a serviceoriented approach.
  • Be committed to your own professional development.
  • Be reliable with good punctuality and be honest and trustworthy.

Education / Experience:


  • A minimum of 4 x GCSE at C or above and include Maths and English
  • An NVQ Level 2 in electrical installations or higher

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Salary:
From £15,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 2 in electrical installations or higher (required)
