ABOUT THE ROLE &


TEAM:
_**In this role you will lead the Strategic and Product Marketing function for the SITA AT BORDERS Business Unit.

You will be responsible for all marketing needs within the portfolio, supporting the strategic growth objectives for the Business Unit through the development and implementation of a targeted and integrated Marketing and Communications strategy.

**_

What you will do:

_**- Develop and lead execution of the Business Unit Marketing plan to deliver business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders and aligning with SITA's global marketing strategy.


  • Coordinate the development and activation of content to maintain SITA's positioning on relevant target markets and audiences, including press releases, references, campaigns and speeches.
  • Leverage diverse communications channels on
- and off-line including digital and data-driven marketing and communications campaigns.

  • Develop and launch thought leadership initiatives/events to suit specific business needs and strengthen industry and customer relationships, managing the SITA AT BORDERS annual events calendar and plan, in collaboration with corporate and regional marketing teams.
  • Research, monitor and report on relevant market insights and competitive intelligence impacting the Geography/Sector/Portfolio and propose counter strategies and plans, in collaboration with the Business Development and Product teams.
  • Ensure management of agency partners to required specifications and ROI.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, monitoring ROI of marketing activities to provide visibility of value and impact.
  • Develop, lead and motivate a highperforming team.

Qualifications:


_Who you are:
_


  • 10+ years' experience in marketing communications or corporate communications preferably in IT solutions & services, telecommunications, or air transport sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead the implementation of a marketing strategy and growth strategies, developing and evolving teams and processes.
  • Networking skills with the ability to influence at senior levels of the organization and experience of strong collaboration with Marketing profession colleagues across the GEOs and centrally.
