JOB DESCRIPTION - Event operations supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
To understand the duties and responsibilities of leading a diverse team whilst adhering to managers requests to ensure all venues back of house are up to standard
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be comfortable and confident with leading a varied team
- Back of house experience
- Passion for the job
- Adaptable to last minute changes and nature of events
- To work well independently
- Leading by example
- Following instructions from the manager in a timely manner
- Communication between management and staff
- To ensure all tasks are completed
- To oversee all aspects of back of house areas as requested by the manager
- To count monthly inventory
- Prepping for events
- Moving furniture according to floor plan, arrange equipment needed, arrange drinks stock/ fridges for events
- Be responsible for the general cleaninless of the BOH areas and conditions of the dishwashers/glasswashers
- COSHH trained
- To represent Camm & Hooper professionally

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
