Our client is a successful global accountancy practice with a diverse client portfolio. Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a full-time Accountant and Client Portfolio Manager to take the lead on a number of client accountingduties and technical developments.

About the role
This role would suit an ambitious and professional individual, looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Senior Managers, the Accountant and Client Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of day-to-day accountingand tax requirements for clients.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Preparing accounts for clients, including Limited Companies, LLP's, partnerships and sole traders;
  • Preparing personal and business tax returns for clients and individuals;
  • Liaising with and supporting clients, accountants and your team, in relation to report, enquiries and submissions;
  • Developing new client relationships and building strong relationships with existing clients;
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technical advances that come with fully digitalised accounting.
The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator, keen to progress in their role. The person should be motivated to work independently to tight deadlines and be flexible and adaptable. They should be a team player with a hard work ethic and be well organised.
