We're looking for a Recruitment Delivery Manager to support our Head of Resourcing to deliver effective recruitment solutions across all of our Cygnet Healthcare Services.

What you will do:


Management

  • Provide leadership, management and coaching to create a professional, motivated and dedicated recruitment team.
  • Manage the Recruitment team to achieve targets measured by KPI's and SLA's ensuring all members are managed and motivated to achieve their targets
  • Tactical management of your team and ensure they are able to respond to changing business needs: creating a flexible and agile team able to deal quickly with critical and priority resourcing challenges
  • Manage your team's performance through one to ones and regular performance reviews

Recruitment expert within Cygnet

  • Be the main point of contact for recruitment from our HR Managers and Business Partners and Operational Stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure the success of the Recruitment Team as a whole and drive the specific recruitment campaigns
  • Collation, analysis and distribution of recruitment data, responding to adhoc requests for MI as required by the business
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and recruitment partners (internally and externally) to continuously improve the recruitment toolkit, improve processes and ensure compliance with recruitment policy at all times

What experience do you need?

  • Previous experience of successfully leading a large team within a target driven, volume recruitment environment
  • Highly analytical, demonstrate an ability to easily identify issues within processes
  • Experience recruiting managerial, clinical and highvolume roles
  • Experience of coaching and developing team members
  • An innovative approach to helping improve the business through recruitment and improving talent attraction for the future
  • Able to make high quality judgements and make decisions quickly and effectively
