Home Ownership Assistant

Grade 3 £23,194 - £29,439

36.5 Hours per week

Permanent


This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Home Ownership Officer supporting tenants in the right to buy process of our large council stock.

You will also be responsible for managing our leaseholders and an understanding of relevant legislation is key to this role.

You will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis and excellent customer service skills is a must.


Your duties will include:
Dealing with correspondence, interviewing customers, answering telephone enquires from members of the public, other service areas and legal representatives as appropriate

To assist Home Ownership Officers in visiting customers in their own homes and attending residents meetings
