Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

This is a global team, with most of current the footprint in AMRS, this role provides an EMEA presence.


Role Description:


AML data SME to support both the GBAM AML Regulatory deliverables & re-engineering of refresh and onboarding reporting data stores.

Will address changes needed in the AWARE reporting architecture that prevent this tech team from being able to execute nimbly and address the numerous data discrepancies as highlighted by SIAIs and inquiries by business partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to business escalations as it relates to the integrity of AML refresh & onboarding data.
  • Partner with technologists in upstream platforms to investigate, triage & resolve data integrity issues.
  • Maintains and executes Enterprise Data Management standards implementation plan for the domain across Capture,
  • Support both the GBAM AML data deliverables & reengineering of refresh and onboarding reporting data stores
  • Detail & maintain a roadmap, partnering with the Senior Delivery Leads to reengineer the data stores.
  • Directly supports the Technology Executive as it relates to escalations from operations, compliance & senior technology management.
  • Frame challenges in a way that can be decisioned when escalating.
  • Proficient user of relational databases (i.e., Toad or similar, Oracle db or similar, proficient in SQL)
  • Familiarity with nonrelational datastores can interrogate these as required (eg, Cesium)
  • Conceptual understanding services layer technologies (e.g., ESBs, MULE, Kafka) can effectively capture requirements for development teams working on integrating our platform to other platforms in the bank.
  • Expert user of Jira writing & refining stories
  • Can diligently adhere to Enterprise Change Management standards for documenting technology change in Jira
  • Effectively partners at the peer level & higher to influence change.
  • Expert in working with & summarizing data for management.
