Contract Type: Fixed Term (9 months)
Salary:
£24,020 - £28,259 depending on experience**

Joining our People Services team, you will support with the end-to-end onboarding cycle, as well as building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within Cadent.
What you'll get to work on
- Generating contracts, contract updates, creating payroll numbers and other administrative support
- Helping to continuously improve our current processes
- Assisting with implementing our new talent schemes
- Producing Terms and Condition change letters as well as maintaining accurate date on the HR systems
- Answering adhoc queries from the wider business
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience working in a busy administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail with good data entry and typing skills
- Cando attitude and passion for customer experience
- Confident using Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to working
- Excellent organisation and workload management skills with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
