Permanent Position Required:
Digital Product Designer


I am partnered with a leading Fintech company, specialising in currency management, who are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join their team permanently.

Over the last couple of years, the client has rapidly scaled. Growing their client base, product set and team.

This is a very exciting time to be part of this evolving organisation and a great opportunity for someone who wants more responsibility and freedomto drive design across a whole product suite, bringing skills and ideas to a fast-growing fintech company.

Circa Salary:
£70,000 - £80,000


The Digital Product Designer will:


  • Solve a range of user problems with design, working collaboratively with other team members
  • Share and iterate upon ideas, from scratch through to final pixel perfect designs
  • Create and build of click prototypes to test out ideas, theories & solutions
  • Asset creation and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Maintain and evolve the company's design system, looking at ways to improve systems
  • Successfully establish design best practice across research, ideation and handson implementation
  • Support the implementation of designs and journeys by our development team
  • Work on visualisation of complex end to end processes

TheDigital Product Designerwill have:


  • Proficient experience defining and improving UX journeys and information architectures
  • Strong experience in creating product UI and delivery of UI assets
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure pixel perfect delivery
  • The ability to quickly conceptualise ideas, create wireframes and clickable prototypes
  • Experience working with agile software teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers
  • Experience in working on a range of complex and competing user stories and the knowhow in articulating complex and conflicting concepts
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience with page design tools, Figma, Sketch or Adobe
  • Experience designing fintech products is a plus but not a musthave
