We're currently looking for strong admin support, someone who loves getting stuck in, taking the administration burden from ourCommercial Managers
.

You'll be a friendly, highly motivated and efficient member of the team.

Salary Is based on a tiered structure that takes into account an individual's experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries.

Happy to get stuck in and work with the wider business support team.

Basic data entry

Updating of office systems and Excel spreadsheets

Qualification Requirements

Essential

  • Level 2 Qualification as a minimum with English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • NVQ 3 in Business Admin (or equivalent) with a few years of experience in a similar role.

Job Types:

£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
