A flexible approach, with great communication skills, a methodical outlook, and an ability to work pro-actively in a reactive industry are essential qualities as the company is very busy.

You must have experience of MS Office and should hold a full clean driving licence.


This role includes:

• Setting up quotes and converting to active projects on our CRM software, Gold-Vision.
• Frequent and varied Gold-Vision project updates as requested by project managers.
• Creating and updating project folder documentation and correspondence on our server.
• Assist with client, supplier and subcontractor documentation including questionnaires, updating portals and databases.
• Formatting client documents using Word for project manager use.
• Assist with coordinating surveys and site access arrangements.
• Assisting with H & S, including in relation to site RAMS.
• Booking hotels, hiring cars, ordering stationery, equipment and arranging courier collections.
• Updating electronic and paper internal project records.
• Answering telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and forwarding to appropriate colleagues.
• Assist with general administration as required.
