Description

  • Management of the daytoday administration of the UK Benefits plan and portal as well as substantial involvement with the annual benefits enrolment process.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure data is up to date and if changes are required
  • Monthly reporting of pension membership and contributions to provider.
  • Reconciling and processing benefit invoices for payment.
  • Assisting benefits manager in assessing and setting up benefits for new regions
  • Annual review of benefits offering across EMEA to ensure
  • Updating/creating procedure documents and instruction guides where relevant
  • Maintenance of the absence tracking system and point person for queries from the business.
  • Updating and correcting of employee absence records


  • Maternities/Paternities

  • Issue Maternity/Paternity forms and letters as well as carry out briefings and the returntowork process. (UK and Europe)
  • Organising and presenting new joiner inductions
  • Managing one direct report based in India and associated mentoring, work planning and annual review conversation
  • Assistance and support to the Payroll team as and when required.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

Skills Required:


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be numerate and computer literate
  • Well organised
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications & Preferred Background

  • Experience of working within a benefits environment
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft. Oracle HCM and Flexible benefits platforms
  • Understanding of maternity and paternity advantageous
