Overview

Job Purpose:

The EMEA product marketing team is responsible for ensuring that marketing collateral is kept up to date and developed to support the growth and retention of assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for the project management of a program of collateral updates, planning delivery and communicating to stakeholders.

These materials will include the standard updates of monthly and quarterly presentations, delivery of materialsfor client pitch and update meetings.

Additionally working with the product marketing managers, managing the development and updating of materials used in campaigns and communications.

This role will work closely with our production team, ensuring they have access to the information they need to update materials, contacting stakeholders in other parts of the business to acquire information as needed, for example, performance teams, investmentfirm specialists and distribution colleagues.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for updating marketing materials, prioritising as required based on business need or opportunity.
  • Update and develop product marketing collateral such as presentations, ataglance documents, investment ideas, commentaries, and other product launch/promotion/retention collateral.
  • Work with sales and field marketing colleagues to understand requirements, ensure that materials required for client meetings and events are up to date and complied in good time.
  • Work with our production team in Pune to set priorities and peer review work.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and compliance to ensure materials are compliant for regions of distribution.
  • Develop relationships with key investment management firm contacts, product managers, sales, and marketing colleagues.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to obtain latest data and information for use in collateral and communicate with sales support to ensure they are aware of capacity and progress.
  • Success is defined as accurate, informative, timely and easy product marketing messaging.

Person Specification:


  • Strong project management skills and time management.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Drive determination and a "Can Do" attitude
  • A good understanding of financial promotions regime and restrictions across markets to support product marketing.
  • Keen interest in mutual funds, sales process, and product positioning
  • The ability to develop and build key relationships across different teams.
  • Clear communicator
  • A detailed oriented and technically proficient marketer who works effectively and efficiently.
Ideally, knowledge of BNYM products (MIF AND MGF)
Knowledge of Adobe WorkFront and language skills is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Academic/Professional Qualifications(or equivalent qualifiers)

  • Degree educated or relevant financial services experience.
