Private Equity Group ("PEG") EMEA

PEG EMEA is Bain's fastest growing practice area, both in terms of revenues and capabilities, and the PEG practice globally is the world leader in supporting Private Equity firms.

The EMEA PEG Talent and Operations team is a core high-growth team of 6-7 people leading a rapidly growing practice of over 90 case teams across the region.

The Operations team is critical to ensure the PEG practice can deliver its ambitious growth plans through support to teams and Partners for quality delivery and in terms of scalable operations.

The team is critical to Bain's commercial success and is a key strategic priority.

Bain Advisor Network ("BAN")

Bain & Company's core business is helping client executive teams to make their companies more valuable.

This may require a strategy to adapt to changing market circumstances, an improvement in operational performance, or a strengthened organisation.

Bain frequently engages with external Advisors and leverages external partnerships to complement Bain teams to deliver results.

Bain's Advisor Network ("BAN") team is focused on building and maintaining a scale network of Bain affiliated External Advisors.

The BAN team manages policies, promotes visibility and use of External Advisors across Bain, plays a direct role in sourcing and managing External Advisor relationships and supports the operations of the network.

The BAN team is a central team within Bain that collaborates closely with internal Bain stakeholders, including case teams, Partners and Practices.

The team is comprised of leaders with deep experience inside Bain in consulting and program management and in executive search and talent research.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This position is a full-time role supporting both EMEA PEG Operations and BAN.

The position is split 50/50 across teams with responsibility for identifying the right internal and external experts and advisors for PE deals as well as supporting operational processes within PEG.

We seek individuals with strong research / project execution capability and excellent communication / relationship management skills.

EMEA PEG Talent and Operations team

This person will play a critical role in supporting Bain's ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong interest in Private Equity deal processes, tracking a high-volume and fast-paced pipeline of work and finding the right expertise to support client development and case delivery efforts, partnering closely with our Practice Operations team and Multi-Bidder Managers, while maintaining strict confidentiality in their work processes.

This person will also be skilled in data analytics and reporting, optimizing operational processes and knowledge capture.

Critical to the role is the ability to handle data and compliance in a meticulous, accurate and confidential way while working at a quick pace and navigating operational change and growth across the Bain system.

BAN EMEA Private Equity team

This person will work effectively and efficiently on multiple search engagements simultaneously through a combination of solid project management, proactive high-quality search execution and strong, team-oriented delivery against specific client needs.

Facilitating the entire search execution process, from inception through to completion.

This person will also be a thought partner with senior internal stakeholders to meet External Advisor program needs bringing Advisor programs to full potential.

They will play a key role in building the BAN program into a best-in-class program through building relationship with executives in the network and undertaking program initiatives.
