Risk Manager -Liquidity Riskfor a
12-month contract based in
London.
Purpose of the Role:
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the risk management framework of limits, controls, policies and governance that operate across all Liquidity risks are reviewed and challenged.
As a Risk Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing oversight and challenge of the strategic Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Project, focusing on data, systems and controls.
- Agreeing and reviewing remediation activities in relation to data foundations including data culture and control by design.
- Evaluating risk incurred within the design process and review control framework design and implementation in order to mitigate this.
- Working collaboratively with the business and their teams, ensuring a sound understanding of business strategy and associated risks, providing an independent view and valueadding contribution to improve active risk management and build an effective relationshipas a trusted business partner.
- Actively building a wide range of contacts internally in order to acquire and exchange timely information, identify and establish the best ways of doing things and determine further business requirements.
- Actively contributing to a positive working environment and culture within the team.
- Strong understanding of industry techniques covering liquidity and financial risk management.
- Experience of regulatory reporting and of working on strategic Treasury process improvements.
- Strong problemsolving skills; good at information sharing and upskilling others; and an ability to balance collaborative and independent working.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate sophisticated technical ideas to a diverse audience and influence senior management.
- Adept at developing and reviewing control frameworks.
- An understanding of best practise in relation to data foundation initiatives including data culture and endtoend data integrity.
Lloyds Banking Group will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
