Managing Consultant - Healthcare

Glasgow

Up to £40,000 DOE + car allowance + uncapped commission
***If you have healthcare sector experience, this is a superb opportunity to manage a thriving team and lead the way in developing the nursing market through innovation and expertise.

You'll already be a senior consultant and, in this role, you'll manage a team who focus on temporary recruitment within healthcare, whilst you'll build your own desk focusing on support workers, carers and nurses.

Working with private sector clients along with the NHS and local councils means finding the best people - and you'll enjoy the sense of achievement that brings.

With established clients in a very buoyant sector, this business can offer you the investment and vision to strategically plan and deliver growth at a local and national level.

You'll plan, manage and co-ordinate the operation of the division to ensure achievement of the targets and growth plans, developing and motivating a team of individuals to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

You'll be keen to maximise your earnings and deliver to the business targets.
