Customer Service Executive

Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and meet targets

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others

Salary:
From £24,789.31 per year
